Mr. Eddie Wang graduated Master of Business Administration from NanJing University. He works as casting specialist in Ford Motor Company, one of the authors of Ford global casting manufacture process standard (WCMS) and global SPL (Single Point Lessons learned). His majority scope is focusing in AP casting manufacture site assessment and quality risk evaluation. It’s over 100 foundry plants be assess in pass 5 years by Eddie Wang. Meanwhile he also provides casting technical training for Ford AP casting suppliers and Ford employees. Currently he engages with North American team to study the opportunity reduce vehicle weight by aluminum structure part application.

Dr. Naiyi Li
Dr. Naiyi Li joined Nemak recently and is responsible for the product development in Asia. He has served in automotive industry over 30 years, including Chery Automobile, Foxconn Technology Group, Alcoa in Pittsburgh and Ford Motor Company in Detroit, respectively, on various technical and managerial positions, with major achievements in lightweight materials (magnesium, aluminum, and polymer composites) , product design, manufacturing processing and automotive applications. The typical aluminum lightweighting components implemented by far range from aluminum intensive vehicles such as Chery sedans & SUVs, Audi A-8, GM Corvette C6, Ford F-150, GT and SUVs. During his tenure at Ford, he initiated and conducted various research and product development programs including US Dept of Commerce (DOC) Advanced Technical Partnership program and US Dept of Energy (DOE) USCAR collaborations with major OEMs and automotive tier suppliers. One of his technical achievements brought his team the best technical paper in NADCA 2005 annual meeting. Dr. Naiyi Li, a PhD from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, was enlisted in Who's Who in Science and Engineering, holds six U.S. patents and has published more than 50 journal/conference papers. With his professional achievements and leadership, he was conferred the title of “National Distinguished Expert” from “The Thousand Talents Plan” in China (2015).

Mr. Michael Er graduated Diploma of Tooling Design from Precision Engineering Institute from Singapore. Mr. Er has worked as Senior Manager in different foreign invested companies and foundry. He has long years working experiences tooling and simulation industrial in ASEAN. He is senior management professional and insider in Chinese tooling and foundry industrial. From July 2017, he takes over the position of General Manager at Jinan Anycasting Software Co Ltd, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of SQ GROUP, located in ZhangQui, Jinan, China.
