FATA Automation and FATA Aluminum have opened a new production facility in Auburn Hills, Michigan USA,  confirming the strong, continued success and commitment of FATA to NAFTA.

This new plant is already in operation and represents a capital investment of 2.5 million US dollars including the production equipment. Less than one-half mile from the FATA Automation and FATA Aluminum headquarters, it has  2,600 square meters of assembly floor space serviced by five (5) high-capacity bridge cranes and 900 square meters of office floor space.

After having recently opened "FATA Aluminum Foundry Systems" in Mexico, FATA is additionally reinforcing its reputation as a World Class Partner in the global market by offering advanced engineering and systems integration services, as well as state-of-the-art customer assistance and post-sales services. Thanks to the heavy emphasis on long-term system reliability standardized by years of experience in plants and foundries the world over, this new FATA location is able to offer our American customers every post-sales service available, as well as warehousing strategically critical spare parts for their FATA systems and equipment.

As Mr. Marco Meneguzzo (General Manager of the FATA Aluminum Group) has commented, "Over these last years, we have grown our business presence tremendously in the American market.  Now, thanks to this new assembly plant, we can consolidate our presence in the USA. We will continue to strengthen our growth programs by synergistically combining innovative products with new technologies for  inorganic sand processes, biologically-sustainable foundries, "Industry 4.0"  automation, and  complete system integration from melting  to pre-finishing equipment. Our engineering services, sales team and post-sales services will also be noticeably enhanced to support product development programs. This will allow FATA  to remain the most actively involved and customer-oriented supplier in the American foundry market place".

FATA AUTOMATION and FATA ALUMINUM are active worldwide, and have logged a projected 2017 sales volume in excess of 100 million US$, representing a more than 35% increase in consolidated invoicing as compared to 2016.

Mr. Martin Wright, President and CEO of FATA Automation has said that "this investment and those planned over the next months in Italy, France, China, India and Australia and the current network of subsidiaries, partners and sales agents ,all coordinated by Fata aluminum srl Torino-Italy, are necessary for FATA to fully support our customers on six (6) continents, guaranteeing each the same high-quality equipment and post-sales service for their individual system requirements, wherever they may be located."
