At GIFA 2015, Wheelabrator and DISA will be presenting latest concepts for the “Complete Foundry” and show how innovative technology can lower the cost per part.
On 700 sqm, the team will demonstrate latest developments in foundry and blast technology and provide a sneak peek at live R&D projects – including Wheelabrator’s brand-new foundry blast wheel.
Virtual tours, holograms and 3D animations will allow visitors to dive into our machines and look at intricate technical detail. In “Meet the Makers” sessions, visitors will hear insights straight from our R&D and testing teams, who will, for example, share some of the astonishing discoveries they’ve made inside the blast wheel. Insights that changed their understanding of how the wheel works and led to a raft of innovations and improvements.
A special area of the stand will be reserved for students, who will get a chance to quiz our engineers about the world of foundry and blast technology.
Wheelabrator and DISA will be at GIFA 2015 in Düsseldorf, Germany, 16-20 June 2015 - in hall 16, booth E10.
