Integrated exhibition of state-of-the-art manufacturing Technologies
The 2nd International Manufacturing Technology (PPURI) Fair 2016 which is hosted by Gwangju Metropolitan City and organized by Kimdaejung Convention Center, KOTRA is going to take place from June 15th to 18th in Kimdaejung Convention Center, Korea.
Manufacturing Technologies were considered inferior in Korea. But as they are essential elements to enhance quality competitiveness, the Korean government named them “PPURI Industry” (because they are inherent in finished products and do not show on the surface of the products) and has developed it since 2013.
International Manufacturing Technology (PPURI) Fair is based on the six manufacturing technologies such as Casting, Mold, Plastic Working, Welding, Surface Treatment and Heat Treatment.
International Manufacturing Technology (PPURI) Fair is the first specialized exhibition for PPURI Industry in Korea and obtained international certification by Association of Korea Exhibition Industry.
The 2nd International Manufacturing Technology (PPURI) Fair 2016 has 250 companies 450 booths scale and is going to take place with Gwangju International Mold-Machinery-Factory Automation Fair 2016 at the same time.
Furthermore, International Manufacturing Technology (PPURI) Forum is going to take place as the unit event. The Forum themes are as follows : Policy for PPURI Industry, Factory Automation, 3D Printing, Die Casting Conference, New materials such as Carbon Fiber, High Manganese Steel and Hydrogen Fuel Cell, etc.
