StrikoWestofen has appointed Peter Reuther as its new Senior Vice President (SVP). Peter, who joined StrikoWestofen in 2001, is being promoted into the SVP role following 5 years as the brand’s Sales Director Europe.
With his comprehensive experience and deep technical expertise, he is now set to further expand the market-leading position of StrikoWestofen in the sector.
Peter Holm Larsen, President, Global Parts Formation Group, at Norican, said: “I am confident that Peter, with his experience and technical expertise, will further strengthen StrikoWestofen’s offering and its position in the industry. His profound understanding of both our customers’ needs and how to meet them, gives him an excellent starting point for his key area of focus: creating a sustainable innovation pipeline of new products and services – and delivering this value to our customers through world-class project management.”
A mechanical engineer by trade, Peter has filled several sales positions within StrikoWestofen, starting in sales support and, since 2013, heading the Europe OEM business as Sales Director.
Commenting on his new role, Peter Reuther said: “Our goal is to ensure the constant development and delivery of first-class products and services for aluminium foundries, keeping them well ahead of the curve.”
Peter’s predecessor Rudi Riedel will continue to work closely with StrikoWestofen as he assumes a new executive role within the Norican Group to spearhead the newly formed Norican Digital.
