The growing demands on EVTech, lightweight, intelligent manufacturing lead the booming development of die casting industry in China
China has become the most rapidly developing country in the global alternative drives and electric vehicle industry. In 2015, China surpassed the United States as the largest market for alternative drives and electric vehicles. 517,000 vehicles were produced in China in 2016 with alternative drives, with a year-on-year growth of 62.07%. And the number of sold new energy vehicles was 5.07 million, with an increase of 53.13%.
With the continuous improvement of global environment requirements for energy conservation and emissions reduction, automobile lightweight trend becomes a path for saving energy and emissions, and structure parts are becoming a hot spot of die casting industry. Besides automobile, the lightweight trend has also a decisive influence on electronics, machinery, lighting and other application fields
The development of “Industry 4.0” and "Made in China 2025" strategies, intelligent manufacturing has become a major trend and core content of future manufacturing development. Industrial robots effectively improve the die casting quality and production efficiency, save labor and manufacturing costs, and enhance the enterprise competitiveness.
CHINA DIECASTING 2018: A big party for international and domestic die casting companies to display technologies, products and solutions
The huge die casting market potential has an enormous influence on CHINA DIECASTING as well. Together with the industry, CHINA DIECASTING has led and witnessed the rapid development of China’s die casting industry for 20 years. As one of the most professional die casting exhibitions around the world, CHINA DIECASTING will be held from July 18 to 20, 2018 in Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). The exhibition area will be expanded to 36,900 sqm with a year-on-year growth of 60%, from now on three halls N1, N2 and N3. The exhibition is expected to attract more than 400 exhibitors and 18,000 trade visitors.
China's booming die casting market attracts the intention from the world and CHINA DIECASTING is supposed to be the best platform for foreign enterprises to enter the Chinese market. Till now around 80% of the exhibition space is booked. Leading companies from Europe like BUHLER, FRECH, IDRA, KUKA, ABB, Dynacast, Prec-cast, BÖHMER, MAGMA, FLOW-3D, FONDAREX, MARPOSS, Carl Zeiss, Schmolz-Bickenbach, BÖHLER, Oerlikon Balzers, Wollin, Henkel, Petrofer, Chem-Trend, Geiger, KMA Environmental Technology, Absolent and etc. have already confirmed their appearance in Shanghai.
CHINA NONFERROUS: Focuses on light metals and special casting technologies
With the increasing demand on green environmental protection, energy saving and consumption reduction in the manufacturing industry, nonferrous alloy industry, especially for aluminum, magnesium, titanium alloy and other light metals have been rapidly developed. More and more enterprises put their concentration on it and start business in this new sector. It also indicates the important direction of future development of foundry industry.
CHINA NONFERROUS 2018, together with CHINA DIECASTING 2018, will showcase new technologies, trends and applications of light metals and special casting, focusing on the whole industry chain of nonferrous alloy casting. The previous editions attracted the leading players like Dynacast, Kurtz, CITIC Dicastal, WANFENG, HDTD and etc. in the industry to participate. It has been proved to be the exclusive platform for this specific sector in Chinese market with the academic forums and high efficiency.
Valuable accompanying programs: High-end seminars, frontier hot spots, network platforms and match-making events
2018 Development Forum on Nonferrous Alloys and Special Casting: Build a high-end industry platform, on which international participants would share views on current development, new products and innovative systems.
The 3-day program focuses on hot spots events: Auto Tech Day, Military Nonferrous Alloy & Application Forum, Innovative Die Casting Review, Technical Day, and Mould & Dies Forum. The annual onsite programs: Best Die Casting Competition & Excellent Nonferrous Casting Display, Innovative Die Casting Products & Technologies Release, International match making events, Trade Fair of China Foundry Science and Technology Achievements, and Solutions for Moulds and Die Casting Parts.
