O.M.LER 2000 - The new face of the de-coring process

O.M.LER 2000 continues its climb towards success in the World of the de-coring process for grey iron and aluminium castings: near the revolutionary pneumatic de-coring hammer AF1470, the company now presents the new monitoring system Thor V3.0.

The device Thor V3.0, connected with up to 4 RB2000 (specific sensors), detects the instantaneous hammers frequency in Hertz, showing their good working.

Hereunder some features:

Unlike the last version, this new one can log the detected data, giving the possibility to do several analysis, like for example: lifetime of the hammer, beating frequency, hammer efficiency.

Thanks to its reduced sizes, the monitoring system Thor V3.0 can be easily assembled inside an electric panel, with a special kit of fastening screws.

This device is extremely easy to use: the 5.7” touch screen has a clear graphic and it is simple and intuitive to set. The user can save, transfer and store data using a simple usb key for pc.

The device works both in the worldwide known technology Ethernet and in the communication net Profibus (only if requested).

O.M.LER 2000 will show it in Gifa 2015 in Duesseldorf (Boot 16H12-3)
