The international seminar on die casting, in cooperation with the University of Engineering of Brescia.
The 26th of February many speakers have discussed the most recent innovations and the latest technology of the sector: among the others BDW Technologies, Italpresse-Gauss, Lomopress and BMW.

In half a day and in one place the Diecasting Day offers a perspective about the most recent developments of the die casting sector.
Above all it takes to Brescia, which is the Italian centre of the foundry district, many relevant speakers.
Alberto Albertini of Italpresse, with Romano Miglietti one of the founder of the Diecasting Day, has officially opened the fifth Diecasting Day reminding what has been done from 1997, the first edition of Metef exhibition: a web portal on aluminium, a magazine specialized on diecasting, Metef-Foundeq and Teknomotive exhibitions, the seminar Diecasting Day, an University degree more dedicated to metallurgy and foundry , a die casting laboratory which inspired many more in the new research center CSMT where companies and university meets.
In less than 15 years Brescia has made possible many international events and projects.
