This is the launch of assembly production of caterpillar machinery and gardening equipment. I think that we will soon sign the corresponding agreements and will be able to reach certain results by the end of the year.

This topic is interesting for Uzbekistan,” said Fyodor Domotenko. The new plant, which will be located in Karakalpakiya, will produce about 200 farming vehicles a year. MTZ has already gained certain cooperation experience with Uzbekistan in the area. A plant assembling Belarusian tractors has been successfully operating in Tashkent. Some of the models are on display at the exhibition of Belarusian producers Made in Belarus which is underway in Tashkent on 14-19 September.
