Reading time: min

The 15th International Fair of Technologies for Foundry METAL will take place from 29 September to 1 October 2009. The exhibition stands will feature special equipment, furnaces, metalworking machines, as well as auxiliary tools. Thus, all those participating in this fair event will find something for themselves: visitors – a whole spectrum of products, exhibitors – new markets.

The location of this fair (near the EU eastern border) is a major factor for it being an excellent platform for exchanging experience and establishing co-operation between companies operating in the East and in the West. The Kielce METAL fair enjoys membership of the  UFI – Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, which brings together the world's most prestigious fair events. This fair is organized in co-operation with the Foundry Economic Chamber, the Polish Foundrymen's Technical Association and the Foundry Research Institute.

METAL will be held simultaneously with the 8th International Fair of Aluminium & Technology, Materials and Non-ferrous Metal Products  ALUMINIUM & NONFERMET, which is Poland's only fair event of this kind, with its product range being devoted to the non-ferrous metal industry. The Targi Kielce exhibition centre will attract companies offering new technologies and modern equipment used in non-ferrous metal foundry engineering, as well as components and materials applied in metallurgy processes, including aluminium and zinc alloy pressure die-casting. The largest group of exhibitors specialize in aluminium processing. NONFERMET is organized in co-operation with the Institute of Non-ferrous Metals in Gliwice.

29 September will be the opening day of the 10th Fair of Industrial Measuring Technology CONTROL-TECH. Exhibition stands will be prepared by the major market players – Poland's largest companies specializing in the distribution of coordinate measurement machines and manual measuring instruments.  These fairs annually attract over 3,300 professionals as well as suppliers and potential customers, in addition to being visited by representatives of the management of companies operating in countries such as Belarus, Ukraine, and Russia. Visitors come from 20 countries, mainly from Ukraine, Russia, the Czech Republic and Germany. All these fairs are accompanied by numerous trade meetings and scientific conferences.
