Peter Harbig (51), Chairman of the Executive Board of <link http: www.foundry-planet.com _top external-link-new-window>Honsel AG, has resigned in mutual agreement after an extraordinary meeting of the Company’s Supervisory Board today.
With immediate effect, Honsel AG will be lead by Chief Financial Officer Stefan Eck (41), who as of now has the function of Speaker of the Board and Luigi Mattina (43), who joined the Executive Board on 1 September 2010 as new Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for production and Thomas Cramer (49) as Deputy Board Member and Labour Director.
Harbig, who had taken office as Chief Executive Officer on 1 September 2009, had focussed on the operative restructuring and the strategic realignment of the Company. The Supervisory Board thanked Peter Harbig for his efforts at Honsel.
