Precimeter Group is now marketing a <link _top>probe for precise <link _top>measurements of the metal level in the <link _top>furnace. The continuous level <link _top>probe (CLP) from Precimeter is very accurate and works up to 800 °C.
The CLP from Precimeter is a high-tech product. It works submerged with an appropriate <link _top>protective tube at a <link _top>melt temperature of up to 800°C and can therefore also be used in closed systems without forced <link _top>air cooling.
Only the best quality materials are used combined with a good quality assurance system. Each <link _top>probe is tested before delivery and the results are documented. The standard length for <link _top>furnace control is one meter. Further lengths are available upon request.
The back bone in the Precimeter product line is the ProH Digital Camera <link _top>Sensor. The <link _top>sensor is available in many different configurations and is engineered for the <link _top>steam and smoke rich <link _top>environment in the average cast house.
