EUROGUSS changes to January

Reading time: min

EUROGUSS takes place for the first time in January in 2010. The International Trade Fair for Die Casting will be organized in the Nürnberg exhibition centre from 19-21 January 2010.

“This date means that EUROGUSS starts the annual worldwide series of events relevant to <link _top>diecasting. Halls 7 and 7A in the eastern part of the NürnbergMesse site also offer sufficient potential for the encouraging growth of EUROGUSS in the long term,” according to Claus Rättich, Member of the Management Board of NürnbergMesse, and the EUROGUSS exhibition committee.

The development of EUROGUSS at the Nürnberg venue is unique and a real success story. The net display area has grown by 135 per cent since the event moved to Nürnberg in 2004. “EUROGUSS is the biggest event for the complete <link _top>diecasting value creation chain. It is living innovation and the home of the <link _top>diecasting community. This outstanding development is the reason for changing the date and halls. The <link _top>diecasting exhibition is well set up for the future in halls 7 and 7A. A total of some 25,000 m2 (gross) then provides distinctly more space for the exhibiting companies.

“The additional display area is only possible with a new date, as the exhibition site allows no reasonable long-term expansion during the previous period of the exhibition. The compact combination of the two halls is especially suitable for an exhibition like EUROGUSS. We also think January is an excellent time for EUROGUSS, as already indicated by some of the exhibitors,” say NürnbergMesse and the exhibition committee.
