First Customer Conference in Brazil
Impressions of the 1st ABP Customer Conference in Brazil
On June 16th, 2010 ABP Induction - Brazil held its 1st Customer Conference. The event was held at the Taua Hotel & Convention Center in Atibaia. Approximately 128 participants from 27 companies attended.
The event was branch specific and was divided into the areas of systems and aftermarket. The conference included an exhibition where industry specialists presented products and technologies to attendees.
ABP presented “Environmentally Friendly Exhaust Systems / Tornado Hood “by Mr. Giovane Pucci, “ABP Retrofit Solutions” by Dr. Marco Rische and “Actual Tendencies in Foundry Melting Technology” by Dr. Erwin Doetsch. The English presentation was simultaneously translated to participants.
The Customer Conference started at 9:00 am and ended 6:00 pm. The event opened with a presentation by Mr. Devanir Brichesi, the President of Abifa, about the foundry market and what to expect in the future. We enjoyed lunch with customers and happy hour at the end of the event.
