The organizers are pleased to invite you to the 5th Moulding Material Forum 2025 in cooperation with the Foundry Institute of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg!
Preparations for putting together an interesting programme of lectures and a large company exhibition have begun, with the aim of once again offering the foundry industry the opportunity to find out about new trends and developments in the field of mould and core production and to discuss them with colleagues in the industry. In addition to the classic topics, the focus will also be on innovative approaches to process analysis using simulation and with the support of AI.

The board is happy to receive your presentation proposals related to the following topics on innovative ideas, research and development results along the entire process chain:
- Properties and applications of moulding materials
- Binder and coating systems for moulds and cores
- Recording of moulding material parameters to avoid casting defects
- Process analysis using simulation and with the support of AI
- Regeneration of mould and core sands
- Current and future recycling and disposal options
- Use of printed moulds, cores and models
