Technocast Foundry is pleased to introduce itself as a ISO 9001/TS 16949 certified/ISO 14001/EOHS 18001 to the manufacture and supply of Grey and Ductile Iron Castings. Its in-house facility produces fully machined, quality castings and parts from 100 gms to 400 kgs using DISA High Pressure Green Sand Molding (HPML), ARPA 1300, Shell molding and includes a CNC machine shop facility, a small paint shop, and a heat treatment division based out of Coimbatore, India.
The in-house CNC machine shop (made up of 3 HMC, 20 VMC's, 5 VTL and 12 Turning Centers, and 1 Gear Shaper ) provides CMM, Contour Testing, washing, balancing and quality testing. 6 additional CNC machines will be added in the coming months to support increasing production and order position.
Technocast currently supplies to diverse industry segments like Automotive, Transmission, Construction, Valves, Hydraulics , Agriculture , Off Road Vehicles, OEM's etc .
Some of its customers include CATERPILLER FIAT, Daimler Benz, Volvo-Eicher Commercial Vehicles, TAFE, TVS, SAME DEUTZ, ABB, GKN, AMAZONE, KUHN, XYLEM Corp, Ebara Corp, Bonfiglioli , Breveni , Poclain Hydraulics, GAMESA, DOVER Corp, ELGI, etc.
Annual turnover of the group during the FY 2016-2017 was 15 Million USD, with about 50% of turnover from exports to customers in the EU, US, Middle East, and South East Asia.
Technocast Foundry has recently installed the DOOSAN HMC (with 1000x1000mm table size) to machine parts that are produced in its ARPA 1300 (1000mm x 1200mm x 350mm x 2 in size and 400 Kgs by weight) line.
