Demag Cranes AG has been renamed Terex Material Handling & Port Solutions AG, and registered at the commercial registry in Düsseldorf. The renaming was approved at the Annual General Meeting of the former Demag Cranes AG on May 15, 2013.
Terex Material Handling & Port Solutions AG is a member of the Terex group, which has owned 82 percent of its shares since August 2011.
The newly named Terex Material Handling & Port Solutions AG is listed in the Entry Standard of Deutsche Börse in Frankfurt, an exchange segment, which is regulated under private law and part of the Open Market. The WKN code (DCAG01), the share code (D9C) and ISIN code (DE000DCAG010) will remain.
