Reading time: min

The Medtec Europe medical technology trade fair concluding in Stuttgart on March 15 brought together some 14,000 engineers, production specialists, designers and decision makers from across Europe. After another successful event, the organiser, UBM Canon, is making plans for future growth.

This year, Medtec Europe notched 1,017 exhibitors, whose displays covered a net floor area of approximately 17,000 m2 in Halls 2, 4, 6 and 8 of the Stuttgart Exhibition Centre. Exhibitors travelled to Stuttgart from 32 countries in Europe, Asia and the Americas.

To make room for further growth, the trade show will switch to the odd hall numbers at the exhibition centre beginning in 2013. That means that, from 26 to 28 February next year, Medtec Europe will be found in Halls 1,3 and 5 of Stuttgart’s trade show complex.
