This is the company's third bankruptcy application since 2007 and the company was able to be reorganized each time. Even now, according to the insolvency administrator, the chances are good - despite the automotive industry's current downswing.
BBS will now wait for further developments - the bankruptcy money applied for should first help to bridge the gap. Their Korean partner, Nice Group, does not want to be involved in the proceedings.
BBS employs approximately 550 people at two locations.
