Reuters reported that German lead plant Weser Metall GmbH has resumed production following an accident in late November which had stopped output.
The plant produces about 135,000 tonnes annually from both lead concentrates and lead scrap.
Weser Metall GmbH's French parent Recylex said that repairs had been completed sooner than the original forecast of mid December 2010.
