H2O :

celebrates its 20th jubilee with its innovation on three important German exhibitions

In autumn the H2O is going to take part in three important exhibitions dealing with parts cleaning, industrial paint technology, waste management and environmental technology. On PaintExpo (10th - 13th October, Karlsruhe , D), Entsorga-Enteco (24th – 27th October, Cologne , D) and parts2clean (7th - 9th November, Friedrichshafen , D) H2O is going to present its installations for waste water treatment per vacuum distillation, as well as its brand new product: the ClearCat®.

<font face="arial, geneva, helvetica" size="2">The main advantages of the VACUDEST® process are the following: its universal adaptability to various waste waters, its low energy requirement, as well as the fact that no chemicals are needed for the treatment. The VACUDEST® range can cover flow rates up to 1.200 l/h. The distillate then obtained is free of salts and heavy metals, and can be reused in the production.</font>

<font face="arial, geneva, helvetica" size="2">Just in time for the 20th anniversary of the brand name, H2O presents the Clear<em>Cat</em>®. It is now possible to make the hydrocarbons value fall below the requirements for sewage for carbon hydrate, for example by the treatment of die casting emulsions and cooling lubricants. The distillate is almost free of oil and crystal clear.</font>

<font face="arial, geneva, helvetica" size="2">But H2O does not only bring technical innovations on the market just for its jubilee. The H2O engineers are continually generating technological innovations to further enhance customer benefits. Typical examples are: the log function of the control system, the first self-cleaning heat exchanger – ActivPower<em>Clean - </em>the Quick<em>Start</em>-system or the manually extractable tube assembly.</font>

<font face="arial, geneva, helvetica" size="2">Our systems for waste water treatment are from one source, from the laboratory analysis of the water to the starting up and the training of the operators, through the choice of the adapted technology. Of course, we also provide our customers with adapted processes such as membranes, filters and centrifuges, as a part of the complete system.</font>

<font face="arial, geneva, helvetica" size="2">The H2O treatment plants are well adapted for the treatment and recycling of (among others) cooling lubricants, die casting emulsions, active and rinsing bathes from phosphatising installations, separating agents, glycol polluted waters, degreasing bathes and hardening unit or stainless steel picking rinsing waters.</font>

<font face="arial, geneva, helvetica" size="2">The H2O is looking forward to providing you with its clever ideas for clean water and to welcoming you on its booth on:</font>
