Feehan succeeds Keith McLean, who had this to say, “Mike’s long tenure and dedication to HAI, along with the diverse positions and functional roles he has held over the years, make him very well suited for the position.”
Feehan is a key contributor to HAI’s successes and has been an essential part of HAI’s management team. Feehan has extensive experience in the foundry industry and brings over 30 years of management experience to this role. He started in plant management and then worked in marketing and supply chain roles before finally accepting the position of Vice President, Manufacturing & Supply Chain in Westmont, Illinois.
In this role, Feehan has been responsible for not only manufacturing and supply chain, but also engineering, six sigma, quality and procurement. Prior to joining HAI, he worked at General Alum & Chemical Corp. in Toledo, Ohio and worked his way up from an entry level engineer in technical service to Director of Operations. Feehan received a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toledo and a MBA from Bowling Green State University.
“I joined HAI at its inception and played an integral role on the leadership team as we merged two competitors and grew into the leading foundry chemical supplier in North America,” says Feehan. “I am excited to build on a great foundation and lead this great company so that we continue to provide the best products and services to the industry.”
