On March 12th and 13th AKWA sp z o. o. of Gniezno, Poland hosted a conference attend by more than 50 Polish foundrymen.
On the morning of the 12th a tour of the foundry was conducted in two groups. During this tour the attending foundrymen observed the operation of the recently installed Hunter XL2430 Molding Machine and Hunter HLH-30 Type SL 1 + II Linear Mold Handling System.
On the afternoon of the 12th Dean H. Martin, Sales Manager of Hunter Automated Machinery, presented a discussion of molding, mold handling and pattern equipment.
Paolo Nazari of SPACE SRL presented a discussion on sand preparation and handling.
On the morning of the 13th presentations were made by other suppliers representing consumable materials.
