The 73rd Indian Foundry Congress debuts alongside the IFEX 2025 and Cast India Expo in a co-hosted conference this month. From the 9th to the 11th of February, the event will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Institute of Indian Foundrymen (IFF) at Biswa Bangla Milan Mela Prangan in Kolkatta.
This year’s expo ‘Casting the Future - Innovate, Collaborate, Perpetuate’ unites leaders, innovators, and professionals from across the foundry universe.
The Indian trio’s forum showcases the finest innovation and tech in the industry while fostering unique networking prospects.
The foundry summit also features symposiums on aluminum, defense, railways, ductile iron, and the Har Ghar Jal initiative. Other key highlights include educational material on export opportunities, a young engineer’s forum, robotics and automation, export opportunities, sustainability in foundries, and circular economy and vehicle scrappage.
Further special items include a tech mart, B2B meetings, work visits, and a cultural program.
The conference will also have a Buyer-Seller Meets to advance international collaborations.
The event hosts anticipate a significant global turnout, including prominent industry leaders.
