Manufacturing and marketing of portable gensets firm Honda Siel Power Products said that it has appointed BSR & Company an Indian associate of KPMG as statutory auditors of the company. Honda Siel Power Products in a filing to BSE said that the company's shareholders have approved to increase in remuneration of Mr J Kobayashi president and CEO of the company. The filling added that further the shareholders have also approved to increase in remuneration of Mr Y Watanabe vice president & whole-time Director of the company and also the appointment of Mr R S Bidesi as vice president & whole time Director.
