The Formstoff Formum kicked off with strong participation as the auditorium was completely filled and every seat in the venue was taken.
There was a total of 300 participants at the event, the first of which that wasn’t under the direction by Prof. Dr.-Ing. H.-J.Wojtas but under the organized by BDGuss Organization Director, Mr. Dieter Mewes.
The visitors of the forum were able to enjoy an interesting program. Extra buffet stations had to be set up to accommodate the large number of visitor and exhibitors but this was of course, not a culinary excursion and various lectures were held.
With a first lecture"Intelligent Green Sand Control System" provided in English, Mr. Mewes pointed out that the first steps have been taken towards international form. In the future, there will be other venues to host the Formstoff Forum and will continue to be held at an interval of every 2 years.
