Laempe Mössner Sinto expands leadership team

Laempe Mössner Sinto, a majority family-owned business located in Meitzendorf (Saxony-Anhalt) is the world leader in foundry core technology.  Expanding their management, Laempe Mössner Sinto appoints Frank Arlt, previously Operations Manager, to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Rudolf Wintgens now becomes Chief Technology Officer (CTO), focusing on all areas of core related technology.  With this restructuring, Laempe Mössner Sinto aligns itself for new challenges and opportunities for best-technology and equipment to foundries all over the world.

Automotive Professional, Frank Arlt, becomes Chief Operating Officer 

Frank Arlt, currently the Production Manager in the Meitzendorf plant, brings over 15 years of experience in the automotive sector. Prior to joining Laempe Mössner Sinto the 45-year-old, experienced toolmaker and Mechanical Engineer, teamed with automotive suppliers Benteler and Plastic Omnium as Program Director.  His main activity was the overall responsibility of the Project Management of new products on a global basis. His responsibilities included supply-chain, product and process development,  as well as production launch of automotive components.  Now, Frank Arlt will be responsible for all key elements of the Laempe Mössner Sinto operation including supply-chain, manufacturing, field installations including all after-sales support services

The entire field of "Technology" at Laempe Mössner Sinto will be guided by Rudolf Wintgens. The 47-year-old graduate foundry engineer, joined Laempe Mössner Sinto in 2009. Rudolf Wintgens will lead the new Technology | Research & Development Centre in Schopfheim and drive the technological sales support as well as all duties related to research and development. Additional tasks of the foundry expert include the technical integration with the new partner Sinto, important special projects, as well as customer consultations. „In the future our entire technology expertise will be organized by Rudolf Wintgens. Because of his training and experience, he was predestined for this task", explains Andreas Mössner.

After this reorganization the management of Laempe Mössner Sinto will be lead by Andreas Mössner (CEO), Frank Arlt (COO) and Rudolf Wintgens (CTO). Laempe Mössner Sinto is one of the largest companies in Saxony-Anhalt and employs approximately 300 employee team members at its plants and offices Meitzendorf, Schopfheim and Mannheim. The company is a global leader with its comprehensive product and support portfolio into all areas of foundry core making. Laempe Mössner Sinto posted revenues of approximately 65 million euros in 2014.
