Attendees included representatives from companies across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, such as  Castings P.L.C., Drysdale Brothers Ltd., Grainger and Worrall Ltd., William Lee Ltd., Joseph & Jesse Siddons Ltd. und Linamar Light Metals Belfast Ltd. The seminar provided in-depth training on core shooting techniques, tool requirements, sand conditioning, and safety protocols, accompanied by a factory tour.

A key focus of the event was the future of core manufacturing technology, including groundbreaking advancements in 3D printing and data-driven control systems. Customers gained valuable insights into the possibilities of automation and the use of data-based control systems including AI support to optimise production processes.

Rudolf Wintgens, Managing Director of Laempe Mössner Sinto, emphasised the importance of technological progress:
