The 10th Formstofftage Duisburg “Mould Material Days” in Duisburg on the 18th -19th of February 2014 was once again, a great success.
"It has been almost 20 years of continually looking for interesting topics, developments and trends for the symposium, "said the organizer of the Formstofftage, Prof. Dr. -Ing. Heinz -Josef Wojtas, as he looked back on the event.
For this year, there was close to 450 trade visitors and exhibitors. Prof. Wojtas provided for a solid two day program in which participants had many opportunities to interact and exchange useful information.

After nearly two decades, Prof. Wojtas will be withdrawing due to retirement, which of course leaves the future position open for speculation.
Should the successful event simply come to an end, or will there be a successor in Duisburg or in the surrounding area who can provide such an event at the same strong level?
Various exhibitors expressed the desire for an even greater international involvement from the visitors side, as the topics being discussed are also worldwide matters.
