Together with our partner MAS Metallverarbeitung GmbH we are proud to show you our TWINpour system, an automatic unheated ladle system and a fully manual unheated bottom pouring ladle system.
See our TWINpour system, which will be installed on a pouring furnace and pour on a Disamatic 231 with double stroke!
The automatic unheated system will be installed on a flask line and is also equipped with the 3D line laser system of the latest generation. Furthermore you can see the laser based inoculation verification system called inoTECH.
The manual unheated bottom pouring system has been developed for low cost and simple applications. This system comes without any fancy control system and will be delivered out of the box. Every foundry can install it themselves.
