Sander expands its headquarter
Development of the market position – 2.000 square meters more area
The company SANDER DRUCKGRUSS, a die cast specialist located in Ennepetal, braves the crisis. At its headquarter new production area will be build. Sander has bought 2.000 square meters from the industrial park around.

In the past year Sander celebrated its 60 year anniversary, now another milestone has been set for the company’s history. Because of the total use of production capacity, the company searched for new solutions for expansion.
A lucky coincidence was the possibility to take parts of the building of the immediate neighbour company “We did not hesitate, because downtime means regression – that also counts in times of the crisis”, how Michael Sander the General Manager explains. A 900 square meter production hall was bought additionally. This hall is on a 2.000 square meter huge ground.
The company is now able to enlarge its capacities at his headquarter, which can naturally bring big logistic benefits. “Realty at a different location would have been expensive and would have brought some drawbacks in production”, Sander is please about this “perfect solution”.
With this purchase the family business has made a step for the future. “For the upcoming years we will have a good position. Our goal is to develop our position in the market of die casting in the next years”, Sander bespeaks, whose company delivers a variety of aluminium- and zinc- diecast parts in different branches. The new halls will be bit by bit equipped with new production machines. Planed is a 5.500 kN casting chamber with robot technique and a deburring press until the end of the year.
Momentarily the company is happy about a stable order situation. The production works in three shifts.
Sander is a supplier for components out of aluminium and zinc diecasting for over 60 years.
With the development from tradition and progress SANDER DRUCKGUSS has in over 60 years grown to a reliable production partner for complex system components out of aluminium and zinc die-casting. Already in the development phase of the product Sander works together with the customer closely. In their in-house mould- and tool making department components are developed, sampled and brought into run production. For the production a huge machinery is available. The process-controlled aluminium diecast machines have a forwarding force of 1000 kN to 5500 kN. Parts with a piece weight of 2 g to 2,000 g can be produced. The speciality of the company is the afterward CNC-postprocessing of the diecast parts and also the production of diecast-plastics-compounds.
Companies of the industries automotive, household appliances, electro technology, building accessories and engine building are supplied.
