Hannover/Moscow. Deutsche Messe's first exhibition in Russia, Industrial Trade Fair Moscow, ran 28 September-1 October at the All Russia Exhibition Center in Moscow and hosted more than 270 exhibiting companies from 25 countries.  "The launch has been a success. We have come to Russia at the right time with the right concept," said Dr. Andreas Gruchow, Member of the Board at Deutsche Messe AG, adding, "We are establishing a subsidiary in Moscow and will continue to expand our portfolio in Russia."

More than 5,000 visitors, primarily from Russia, attended the Industrial Trade Fair Moscow premiere to learn about the latest products, services and technologies in the areas of power transmission and control, materials handling and logistics, industrial automation, and surface technology.

"Our focus is always on quality, and we have set a new benchmark for exhibition quality in Russia," said Gruchow. "Exhibitors, visitors and trade associations confirm that Deutsche Messe has fulfilled its claim to offer the highest quality in the region."

Industrial Trade Fair Moscow accounted for 10,000 square meters of exhibition space and featured four trade fairs under one roof: CeMAT RUSSIA, Industrial Automation RUSSIA, MDA RUSSIA, and Surface RUSSIA. Deutsche Messe organizes Industrial Trade Fair Moscow in cooperation with the ITE Group, a UK-based event organizer with offices in Moscow.
