The 6th China Die Casting Entrepreneur Summit Forum hosted by China Die Casting Web and assisted by Suzhou Chunxing Precision Mechanical Co., Ltd. kicked off in Suzhou on October 20th, 2012. Attendees discussed the current situation of the industry and sought a common development path.
According to the CEO of Jeffery Zhou from China Die Casting, a number of leading die casting industry manufacturers and producers of die casting equipment, molds, peripheral equipment and alloy material in whole industry chain came to the forum. Reputed enterprises like Ambitious Science and Technology, Changchun FAW Joint Casting participated and gave a speech at the forum. China die casting entrepreneur summit forum is held once a year and covers various regions. This year, they chose Suzhou because of the focus on the industrial positive impact of Chunxing Precision Mechanical in Yangtze River delta area.
Many attendees said that since the influence of macro policy, the gross margin of die casting industry dropped down which lead to the shut down and integration of small businesses. Sun Jiexiao from Chunxing Precision Mechanical stressed that virulent price competition is not instrumental to the healthy development of the industry. Only by adjusting the structure of products, strengthening innovation of technology, and promoting healthy competition, can we ensure stable development of the industry in a long term.
This forum also attracted some domestic governments. The leaderships of Dashiqiao municipal government and the Liaoning province participated in the forum where they presented an investment promotion seminar of the aluminum alloy industry to attract entrepreneurs from north and south investing and constructing plants in new industrial district along the Yingkou Dashiqiao coast, which was the focus of entrepreneurs who take part in the forum.
