The Swiss control and cooling equipment specialist, Tool-Temp, has launched its first dual circuit units via its MATIC range. The new range with heating capacities of 2x16 kW and 2x24 kW, is in no way inferior to its tried and tested single-circuit units. Designed to meet the demands of high temperatures of up to 360°C, its dual circuit units are highly efficient, while their compact size makes them ideal for confined spaces.
The new models have two independent control circuits in one housing, which can be controlled separately from one another. Each control circuit of the MATIC Oil 360 2x16 kW and 2x24 kW has two control systems and corresponding touch screens. This means that different zones of a mold or process can be set to different temperatures at the same time. Since the circuits operate independently and each has its own speed-controlled pump, only the energy required is used. As a result, energy consumption and operating costs are diminished.
'With the introduction of the new MATIC Oil 360 2x16 kW and 2x24 kW models, Tool-Temp further strengthens its position as an innovation leader. These high-performance units combine maximum precision with minimum energy requirements and offer a sustainable solution for companies that value efficient and robust temperature control units,' says Jasmine Koller, CEO of Tool-Temp AG.
The new two units complement the established CLASSIC models TT-390/2 with heating capacities of 2x16 kW and 2x24 kW. Thanks to their integrated IRIS control system, the units are available as MATIC Oil 360 models, while CLASSIC variants are still available with the standard MP 888 controller. This choice provides Tool-Temp customers maximum flexibility to meet their specific requirements.
Designed and manufactured in Switzerland, the CLASSIC and MATIC temperature control units represent quality that is valued globally.
