Higher performance, more capacity, less costs and increasing requirements concerning environmental protection: The competitive conditions in the foundry sector tighten continuously. For supporting companies in optimizing their processes, ZPF Group introduces the wide range of services offered by ZPF Services GmbH at this year’s ALUMINIUM. The service provider accompanies the entire value chain in aluminium foundries and melting plants from the first to the last step. Not only the installation and maintenance of the melting furnaces made in Siegelsbach by ZPF Therm Maschinenbau GmbH count to the offered services, but also planning and consultancy in the forefront of an investment in new plants up to the layout of an entire melting plant are core elements of the new company. If necessary ZPF Services even develops individual solutions for customer specific requirements, for example for the efficient use of waste heat. On demand melting furnaces of other suppliers can be maintained, or the operation of a melting plant by ZPF staff can be offered.
The about 20 collaborators of ZPF Services GmbH all come from production, customer service or sales office of the parent company and therefore exactly know technologies, conditions and requirements of the industrial sector. In the modern high rack warehouse at site in Heilbronn a minimum stock level of spare parts of all components has been built up so that standard parts are available on demand, and as a result repair respectively maintenance periods are reduced. As a rounding off of the performance package, ZPF Services GmbH also takes care of the removal and professional disposal of plants after a long-term endurance.
