Mr Mark Valley chairman of ArcelorMittal Distribution Solutions in Poland said that soon the group will take over from the smelter COGNOR exchange trading network for about PLN 180 million.
The companies are working to ensure we got in April to close the transaction and start the integration of warehouses COGNOR already functioning network.
He emphasizes that in the near future the group is not planning further acquisitions.
