According to General Administration of Customs China export of finished steel products slid slightly to 2.85 million tonnes in December 2010 down by 2.1% or by 0.06 million tonnes from 2.91 million tonnes in November 2010, the export figure for 2010 at 42.56 million tonnes up by 73%YoY.
According to the statement the nation imports of iron ore surged to 58.08 million tonnes in December 2010 up by 1.2% or by 0.7 million tonnes from 57.38 million tonnes in November 2010.
