The Emsdetten-based lawyer Holger Domeyer from the law firm ALPMANN FRÖHLICH was appointed as provisional administrator, and the insolvency law advice to TEUTOGUSS is provided by lawyer Eric Coordes from the Münster-based MÖNIG Wirtschaftskanzlei. Following the stabilisation of the business operations, the management has now initiated a structured and open-ended search for investors: "The clear objective is the continuation of TEUTOGUSS' business operations at the current location," explains Ralf Köper in his function as managing director. "In this context, we can imagine various restructuring options, also involving the sister company Teuto Ofen GmbH & Co. KG."

"Our focus in the search for investors is on strategic investors, for example from the machine casting sector, for whom TEUTOGUSS, as a classic hand-moulding company, could represent a sensible addition. Industrial processors of cast and forged parts in the sense of strategic insourcing are also conceivable," adds Uwe Borgers from MENTOR AG, which was commissioned with the implementation of the investor search.

TEUTOGUSS produces and supplies high-quality hand-moulded castings in individual production and small series in a range from 200 kg to 15,000 kg. The customer structure is mainly characterised by mechanical and plant engineering.

Active interested parties can contact MENTOR AG directly for further information. Contact persons are Uwe Borgers (uwe.borgers@mentor.ag) and Sebastian Schmitt (sebastian.schmitt@mentor.ag).
