New Orders for Foundry Automation

FOUNDRY AUTOMATION, leader in coremaking field has recently got several important orders for the supply of stand-alone as well as robot operated core making plants including manipulation and assembly of core packages for engine blocks and cylinder heads.

Among the others, FOUNDRY AUTOMATION has been appointed as supplier for the new core shop at VOLVO foundry in Skovde (Sweden)  for the production of new engine blocks for trucks, buses and industrial vehicles. Also MERCEDES-BENZ has ordered another core plant with shooting capacity of 130 litres for the same production for one of its foundries. Both plants will be delivered and installed at customers sites during first half of 2013. FOUNDRY AUTOMATION, one of sister companies of IMF GROUP, is constantly expanding its market share all over the world, mainly in the automotive, railway and hydraulic applications.

Also 2012 will be a busy year for FOUNDRY AUTOMATION and, in general for IMF GROUP; several  orders for turn-key NO-BAKE molding plants and sand regenerations systems have been placed to IMF, including those from AMTEK, one of the largest automotive foundry groups in India.

IMF will also celebrate its 40-year foundation anniversary on 8th June 2012 n its headquarters in Luino at the presence of its founder and President Gabriele Galante.
