The future of an Oldbury metal castings business has been secured following its sale to new owners securing 20 jobs.
Truscanian Foundries on St Martins Industrial Estate, Engine Street, has been bought by W Lucy & Co.
The company, founded in 1982, will continue to trade from its Oldbury site with the existing management team remaining.
Truscanian supply a range of castings for various engineering sectors.
W Lucy’s existing iron foundry business – Sandawana Casting Limited – is based in Oxford.
