The AM Solutions – 3D post-processing technology brand is the umbrella under which the Rösler Group bundles all activities related to additive manufacturing with an outstanding range of products and services, including systems, consumables and process engineering for the series-ready and automated post processing of additively manufactured parts.

Furthermore Rösler, a global leader in surface finishing, brings to the table many years of cross-industry experience gained in real production environments, complemented by its own mechanical engineering expertise, which forms the foundation of AM Solutions products. This expertise is crucial in providing the team with high-end, automated post-processing solutions that play a significant role in the cost-effective production of repeatable, high-quality 3D-printed parts on an industrial scale.

The benefits brought to Stake F1 Team KICK Sauber make the extension of the partnership, which originally started three years ago, a logical consequence – as the team continues to push the boundaries of its production capabilities.

Alessandro Alunni Bravi, Stake F1 Team KICK Sauber Team Representative: “We are delighted to extend our partnership with Rösler and AM Solutions for a further two-year period. Formula One is a highly dynamic environment with the most stringent requirements, and the quality of our production output is of fundamental importance for the success of our team. The feedback about the AM Solutions machines we received from the shop floor is of the highest grade and it is logical to extend our relationship. This is more than a supply deal, however: over the last three years, we were able to establish a feedback loop with them, meaning our input has been instrumental for the creation of new, specialised machinery that has further improved our capabilities. We are proud to be part of this two-way process and we are looking forward to the next steps of this relationship.”

Volker Löhnert, Managing Director of Rösler Oberflächentechnik GmbH: "Our technical partnership with Stake F1 Team KICK Sauber and Sauber Motorsport, which has now existed for more than three years, has proven to be extremely valuable. The extension of this cooperation for another two years confirms this strong trust and mutual appreciation. In close cooperation with the specialists at Sauber Motorsport, we have not only perfected specific automated machines and processes, but also developed new customised solutions. These innovations have raised the post-processing of additively manufactured parts at Sauber to a new level, enabling production that is not only economical, reproducible and scalable, but that also meets the highest quality standards. Sauber is the ideal partner in this context, as precision, rapid availability and cost efficiency are crucial for success in the demanding world of Formula One. With our decades of expertise in surface finishing and mechanical engineering, we offer the perfect basis for a symbiosis that produces customised solutions that are precisely tailored to the needs of the user and, ultimately, the market."
