After careful preparing and organizing, the 7th China International Diecasting Congress & Exhibition, host by Foundry Institution of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society (FICMES) and National Foundry Industry Productivity Center, and widely supported by die-casting industry colleagues at home and abroad, celebrated its grand opening ceremony on June 16th, at Shanghai International Exhibition Center.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Lou Yanchun, Vice Director General of Foundry Institution of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, Director of National Foundry Industry Productivity Center, President of Shenyang Foundry Research Institue, delivered welcome remarks on behalf of the organizers. Representing the organizers, he warmly congratulated the opening of the exhibition and thanked die casting companies, industrial organizations and professional media from both home and abroad for their huge support to this activity, and warmly welcomed all exhibitors and visitors from home and abroad.
Well known people from the die casting industry such as Mr.Lee Yuan Fat, Chairman of Hongkong Die Casting and Foundry Association, Mr.Liu Xiang Shang, the founder of L.K. Group, Ms.Li Ye Jun, General Manager Guangdong Yizumi Precision Machinery LTD, all delivered excellent speeches and expressed their hope for the exhibition.

The exhibition attracted a large number of die-casting exhibitors and they brought together die-casting machines, automatic peripheral equipment, smelting equipment, mold, die casting parts, alloys and other related technologies, showed the latest die-casting equipment, products, technology and research results. This is a brilliant review of world die casting industry, which would undoubtedly further promote China die-casting technology to develop and improve. The exhibition was held at the crucial period of die-casting industry’s development with technology, market, human resources and information becoming key factors to affect the die casting industry. With the purpose of promoting exchanges, promoting the development and boom of China die casting industry, this exhibition created a arena for die casting industry to exhibit and exchange ideas and information. It attracted a large number of die casting industry players who had great concerns about China die casting industry, to exhibit and visit the exhibition, as well as provided opportunities for die casting related companies from home and abroad to develop market, seek business chances and establish cooperation relationships.
During the two and a half days’ exhibition, more than 3,000 domestic and international die casting industry professionals visited the exhibition, watched and learned the exhibits and technology brought by the participating enterprise, and developed detailed talks and discussions on their interested items with exhibitors.
