The energy saving Green Line machines, equipped with an innovative motor-pump group, are more and more diffused on the market allowing an energy saving of over 70%. All the machines are now connected with TELESERVICE reducing significantly times and costs of technical interventions, giving the possibility to customer and supplier to have a control practically continuous and bilateral of the performances of the machine.
With over 1.800 diecasting machines in 45 countries, nowadays Colosio Group is one of the very few manufacturers who are able to produce the whole diecasting cell in house, perfectly integrated with all the necessary peripherals. The mechanical works and the assembly of the machines and the accessories Colosio are made internally, thanks to the 100 workers and more than 9000 m² of the factory.

Two brand new diecasting cells Colosio model PFO 1200 are in fact ready to installed in the Company S.r.o. in Mohelnice in Czech Republic. This supply comes after the previous supplies in Czech Republic and the ones in the german Siemens plant of Bad Neustadt. The working cells, supplied "turn-key" also in this case, are equipped with automatic metal ladle Transal, sprayer Relbo PLUS 2/150, 6 axis robot Kawasaki and trimming press Diesse Presse. The fruitful cooperation between Siemens and Colosio has been going on for more than 10 years in which Colosio has provided 8 cells completely automated.
