According to recent statistics published by the World Steel Association, Turkey and Iran were the largest steel producers in the Middle East during the first 10 months of this year.
Steel production in Turkey increased by 12.6% to 23.627 million tonnes.
Steel production in Iran increased by 6.4% to 9.855 million tonnes,
The largest steel production in Iran fell to the Mobarekeh Complex, Khuzestan Plant, Zorbahan Plant and Iranian National Steel Company.
