US - Fata Hunter secures Chinese contracts

Fata Hunter was recently awarded three Chinese contracts.

It won a twins contract for the supply of two hSystem automation systems for flatness control. The first was to Shandong Chuangxin Strip Co Ltd and the other was to Shandong Denuo Banji Scientific & Technique Co Ltd, both based in Shandong Province.

Each system will be installed on a Cold Rolling Mill and equipped with Automatic Flatness Control (AFC), a flatness measurement system and coolant spray bars.

It also won a contract for the supply of its hSystem automation system for thickness and flatness control to China Nonferrous Metals Processing Technology.

The system will be installed on a Cold Rolling Mill that will be put in operation in Azerbaijan.

The cold mill system will be equipped with Automatic Gauge Control, Automatic Flatness Control, Roll Eccentricity Compensation, a flatness measurement system and coolant spray bars.

A Level 2 system (for automatic pass schedule calculation, primary mill data management and process data acquisition and recording) will also be supplied.
