WAUKESHA, WISCONSIN – MetalTek International headquartered in Waukesha, Wisconsin USA, has announced the acquisition of UK-based Meighs Castings Limited. Meighs, a highly regarded company that offers unique metal castings capabilities and complex alloy solutions, was purchased from Langley Alloys Limited based in Stoke-on-Trent, England.
MetalTek International supplies metal component solutions for the most challenging heat, wear and corrosion resistant applications. Meighs Castings Limited offers deep expertise in serving the defense markets, as well as numerous other European-based customers who produce products that must perform in demanding, highly corrosive applications.
