Mould and core coatings can significantly help to reduce internal and external foundry expense. The displays will highlight specific examples of Foseco’s innovative approach to reduce casting manufacturing costs through product development and by utilising new technologies. Highlights will be the launch of an innovative new coating range that will allow a cost-effective transition from solvent to water-based coatings in foundries producing larger castings, and a response to customer demands for customised control equipment to improve the consistency of coating at the point of application.
