Uzwil - Urs Bühler, the sole owner of the Buhler Technology Group, has planned the ownership succession at a later date with his three daughters and thus created the basis for ensuring that the Group will remain in the hands of the family.
In order to implement the succession plan, the non-operating and part of the operating properties will be transferred to the private assets of the family in the first half of this year. None of these changes will affect either the employees or the operating activities of the Group. Buhler remains committed to Uzwil both as a production site and as corporate headquarters. The Group will continue to be headed by Urs Bühler as Chairman of the Board and Calvin Grieder as CEO.
