Work at Accurcast ground to a halt on 16. October when members of the Canadian Auto Workers union held a protest over a contract dispute. The employees claimed they were then locked out, however company officials denied that.
The union has presented the new contract to its members at a ratification meeting.
Contract talks had been stalled for more than a year at Accurcast, which supplies engine parts to the Big Three automakers.
