KAMAZ OJSC and ELKEM AS have recently signed a direct supply agreement for 2014 with a contract value of over 2.5 million EURO.
This agreement strengthens the long-term relationship between the two companies. KAMAZ and ELKEM have a close technical co-operation in order to produce the highest quality castings at the best value to supply the modern automotive industry. The contract underlines Elkem’s strong presence and commitment to Russia, and allows for JIT deliveries through optimized logistics.
KAMAZ is the largest automobile corporation of the Russian Federation. Since the launch of production, more than 2.1 million vehicles have been assembled at the Automobile Plant of KAMAZ.
